2023 Fountaine Pajot Astrea 42 MaestroQuarter share €130,000
Share the ownership of a modern sailing catamaran, with a proposed Preveza–Lefkas home base, agreed time aboard and practical management support. Request the prospectus for the proposed annual costs, booking arrangements and purchase process.

A modern catamaran, shared between four.
Migaloo II is a 2023 Fountaine Pajot Astrea 42 Maestro, offered in four equal quarter shares. The proposal combines a home base in the Preveza–Lefkas area of the Greek Ionian, an agreed sailing calendar and a defined first-year management service.
This page describes proposed arrangements. The prospectus and the offer documents set out the final terms.

What you own.
Migaloo II is offered in four equal interests of 25% each. Each owner shares in the ownership of one yacht, its running costs and its agreed calendar.
The offer documents will confirm the legal structure, each owner’s rights and the responsibilities of the group. A written owners’ agreement and a separate management agreement are proposed, covering booking, costs, late payments and how a share can be sold.
No ownership changes hands until all the agreed positions, approvals, funds, documents and operating arrangements are ready.
Costs
The price, and the annual commitment.
The purchase price is only part of the picture, so the proposed annual costs sit beside it here rather than behind a form.
The figures are indicative. They are not an all-inclusive or guaranteed maximum, and the final budget will be confirmed in the offer documents before you commit to anything.

How booking is proposed to work
Owners would choose their weeks in alternating selection rounds, with the order of priority rotating each year so that peak weeks are shared fairly over time. Weeks not chosen are open to booking on a first-come basis, and time is expected to be set aside for yard and maintenance work.
The agreed calendar, not the share percentage alone, determines the time aboard. These are draft principles, to be confirmed in the owners’ agreement.
A proposed home base
The proposed home base is the Preveza–Lefkas area of the Greek Ionian: a practical starting point for cruising, seasonal preparation and maintenance.
Owners may agree to cruise further afield, subject to the yacht’s insurance cover, the calendar and any additional costs.
Rogerson Yachting’s role.
Rogerson Yachting is the selling agent for the current owners. It is also proposed to coordinate management of the yacht for the first year, after which the owners decide whether to manage it themselves or appoint someone else.
The proposed management fee is included in the indicative annual contribution. Because Rogerson Yachting acts for the sellers and is proposed as first-year manager, the offer documents will set out both roles.
Questions people ask.
What does 25% ownership mean?
Migaloo II is offered in four equal quarter shares. Each owner holds a 25% interest in the ownership arrangement and shares the running costs and the agreed calendar. The offer documents will confirm the legal structure and each owner’s rights.
How are peak weeks allocated?
The proposal is for alternating selection rounds in which the order of priority rotates each year, so that no owner always chooses first. This is a draft principle and will follow the final agreements.
What happens if a share is not filled?
The sale completes only when all the agreed ownership positions, approvals, funds and documents are in place. An expression of interest is a first step, not a commitment, and no ownership changes hands until the group is ready.
Who manages the yacht?
Rogerson Yachting is proposed as manager for the first year under a separate management agreement. After that, the owners decide whether to manage the yacht themselves or appoint someone else.
What do I pay each year?
The indicative annual contribution is approximately €18,600 per quarter share, including the proposed management fee and reserve provisions, with a separate proposed €5,000 joining float. Personal cruising costs and additional contributions may apply. The final budget will be confirmed in the offer documents.
Can I cruise beyond the Ionian?
Possibly, by agreement. Longer passages depend on the yacht’s insurance cover, the owners’ calendar, handover arrangements and any extra costs, and will be set out in the final agreements.
What sailing experience is required?
The first enquiry does not ask for a sailing history. Before any purchase, prospective owners are assessed against the agreed requirements for competence, insurance and responsible use.
How can I sell my share later?
The owners’ agreement is intended to set out how a share can be sold. Resale cannot be guaranteed, and neither can the price.
Is this an investment?
No. Shared ownership is for personal use and enjoyment of the yacht. No income, return or resale value is promised.
