Yacht management
A clear plan for the boat.
A clear point of contact.

A service shaped around the yacht.
A sailing yacht looked after by its owners, a shared catamaran and a motor yacht with a captain each need something different. Before you appoint anyone, you should receive a written scope naming the contracting company, the people responsible, fees, spending limits and when the service is available.
Bookings and handovers
Keep the agreed calendar running smoothly, coordinate arrivals and departures, and arrange condition records, cleaning and checks where included, so every handover feels easy.
Maintenance and seasonal care
Plan servicing and yard work, gather quotations, coordinate suppliers and keep owners informed about completed work and anything outstanding. Specialist work is carried out by the appropriate contractors.
Budgets and records
Prepare an annual operating budget, track spending and contributions and provide agreed reporting, with clarity on who holds owner funds, who can authorise payments and how accounts are reconciled.
Winter preparation
Coordinate the agreed storage or berth, lift-out and winter tasks, so the boat is ready when the next season begins. Location, supplier availability and costs are confirmed for each yacht.
Crew and additional support
Where it would help, we can discuss delivery skippers, handover support or a captained arrangement. Availability, employment arrangements and any additional charges are confirmed before anything is included.
Communication is part of the service.
Owners should always know whom to contact, how routine updates will arrive and how urgent issues are escalated. The management appointment should name primary and backup contacts and set out the reporting frequency and agreed response arrangements.
